12/8 (by Midnight PST) - Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories + APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
12/14 (by Midnight PST) –Canada Remote areas shipping and USA PO Boxes

12/17 (by 11:59 PM PST) - Canada Standard shipping and US Standard Shipping +

12/19 (by 11:59 PM PST) - US and Canada Express Shipping ++
12/21 (by 9 AM EST) - US Overnight Shipping ++
