Please be aware that all orders being shipped to Canada PO boxes will be serviced by Canada Post and orders shipped to US PO boxes will be serviced by US Post. Additionally, if you live in a rural area that has a postal code that is considered to be "beyond point", your packages may be delivered by Canada Post as an alternative to our standard shipping carrier. In either case, you will be able to track your order. Please note if you live in a beyond point area, you may experience a delay in receiving your package due to the remote access to your area. Select standard shipping for these orders, as we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to beyond point locations. For shipments to Canadian PO boxes there may be additional duties & taxes as we ship from Los Angles and we are unable to prepay the duties and taxes to Canada Post.
International Shipping Fees
International orders over $100.00 will be offered free shipping. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $25.00.
Note 1: Shipments outside of Canada and the USA will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for more information.
Note 2: For all international orders, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address.
Tracking: Please contact the shipping company first for any delivery issues
Shipping: We strive to get your the order shipped out in full within 1 -2 business days. However, we may need extra time during busy seasons such as back-to-school, sale events, and holidays. We try to ship your entire order in one box.
Shipping Notes: if it has been longer than a week, please first check your junk email to see if your shipping confirmation has been sent there. If not, then send us an email using email@example.com and we will confirm what the delay is or what has happened to your package. Shipping times depends on where you live, which shipping option you chose, and availability of merchandise. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays.
