Dispatch & delivery timing: Standard delivery is 2–7 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Shipping timeframes begin once the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse. During major sale events and public holidays, please allow an additional business day. Business days are Monday–Friday.

LIMEAPPLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. All orders are double checked prior to the order leaving our warehouse and packages received damaged or with missing items should be reported to the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

For orders that the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address given at the time of orders or if the carrier is unable to deliver as you are not home the customer needs to make the delivery arrangements with the carrier and if the goods are returned back for non acceptance the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the order is cancelled by the customer for any reason after the order is shipped out the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Fees outside USA and Canada

International orders over $150 will be offered free shipping. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $29.95.

Note 1: Shipments outside of Canada, USA and Australia will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for more information.

Note 2: For all international orders, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address.

Exchanges are free of charge for customers in the United States and Canada, subject to product availability.

When you request an exchange through our Returns Portal, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no return shipping fee deducted for an approved exchange.

You do not need to place a new order while waiting for your return to be processed. Simply select Exchange in our Returns Portal and choose your preferred replacement item.

If you purchased Checkout Plus with your order, your return shipping is covered. Simply submit your return through our Returns Portal and we will provide a prepaid return label.

If you did not purchase Checkout Plus, you may:

Use our prepaid return label and have $9.99 deducted from your refund, or
Ship the return using your own carrier at your expense.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

International Customers

Choose whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Follow the instructions provided in the Returns Portal.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Attach your prepaid return label, if applicable, and ship your package.

If you are using your own shipping carrier, we strongly recommend selecting a service that provides a tracking number.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, the amount of that adjustment will be deducted from the applicable refund.

Welcome to our Limeapple and Preppy Goose sizing chart for girls! We understand that finding the perfect fit for your little ones can sometimes feel overwhelming. That's why we've created this easy-to-use size chart to help you choose the right size for swimwear, activewear, and loungewear for little and big, preteens and tweens, girls sizes 2 to 16. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

To ensure the comfiest and best fit for girls fashion, we incorporate stretchy fabrics, and design details like removable cups in our swimwear, adjustable straps and elastic waistbands. Our fabrics are also preshrunk and designed with quality in mind to help them last that bit longer.

To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring your child's height and waist. This will help you select the most accurate size. If your child falls between sizes, we suggest opting for the larger size for comfort and growth. Remember, every child is unique, and our chart is here to guide you! Our customer support is also happy if you have any questions.

You can reference our size chart below to find your best fit. Measurements are in inches. All you need is a tape measure to measure your child. Our height, waist and hip dimensions are provided as a guideline to finding the correct size for them.

1. Height: Measure from the top of the head to the ground (without shoes)
2. Waist: Measure the natural waistline

3. Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest.
4. Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the bottom
5. Inseam: Run tape measure along inside of leg, from just below crotch to 1" above ankle.
