RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR LIMEAPPLE PURCHASE.
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days.
NORTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS HAVE 3 OPTIONS
- Refund: Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. We can send you a shipping label for your return and deduct $9.99 from the refund, OR you can ship the item back to us at your own cost. All returns must be shipped within 30 days.
- Exchange: If you need a different size, color, or pattern, we’re happy to help and exchanges are free with the use our shipping label. All exchanges must be sent out within 90 days.
- Store Credit: Receive a Limeapple.com store credit for the amount of your return, and a FREE return shipping label.
- Click HERE to request a Refund or Exchange.
- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. Do not include any paperwork inside the box.
- Print out the Return Label and three copies of the Commercial Invoice (for US returns).
- Attach the commercial invoice in a plastic pouch on the outside of the package. This invoice is required for the return to clear customs.
- Ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.
Please note: Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process. If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, that credit has been deducted from your total refund amount listed below. If you have any questions about your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept international returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. International customers are responsible for all return costs, unless products are damaged.
In order to receive a refund or exchange:
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner intact will receive no refund or store credit.
- All outlet, sale, headgear and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Your refund will be issued within seven business days in the original form of payment once it is received. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.
