Holiday Extended Returns
For purchases made between November 1 and December 24, we’re extending our return window:

Items may be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2026*

For purchases after December 24th, our regular return policy applies.
Special Holiday Prints
Our special holiday prints sell out quickly. To keep things fair for all customers, these styles follow a shorter return window:

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery

After 14 days, these items are final sale
Our Standard Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Limeapple purchase.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased from our website, in its original packaging with original tags attached, within 30 days of the shipment date.
Items returned without tags or original packaging will not be refunded.

Eligibility for a Refund
To receive a refund:

All hangtags must be attached to the garment

The garment must be returned in its original packaging

Items must be unworn and unwashed
-
Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner intact

Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner will not be eligible for a refund or store credit

We only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from limeapple.com.
If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about their return policy.
Refunds & Processing Time

Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days after we receive your return.

You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, that credit will be deducted from your total refund.

Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless:

The product is damaged or defective, or

The item is being exchanged for a different color or size

Receive a full refund to your original payment method if the item was not purchased on sale

We can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct $9.99 from your refund,
OR you may ship the item back at your own cost -
All returns must be shipped within 30 days
Exchange

Exchanges are available for a different size or color or style (subject to availability)
