Limeapple clothes run true to size, though every child is different.  Our  Size Chart is a great way to estimate what size to order.

We always recommend following the washing instructions on the label of our garments. Many of our clothes are made with cotton or technical fabrics, which we suggest washing in cold water with a low tumble dry setting. All of our clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.

It is best to treat swimwear like lingerie, which are maintained best if hand washed with a drop of mild soap in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Never wash your swimwear in the washer. Avoid getting oils and lotions as it can be destructive to your swimsuits. Due to the amount of chemicals in pools and jacuzzis, please wash your swimwear immediately after use.

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.  If you can’t locate the item you’re looking for on our website, you can try one of our  retail stores.

Canada + US Orders

The shipping time frame depends on where you live.  Your order will typically ship 1-2 working days from the date you place your order.  Depending on your ship method, it can take another 7 days for your order to arrive. Shipping and processing times exclude holidays and weekends.

Prices are in Canadian or US dollars depending on the country you choose.  You can change the country selection on the top right hand corner below the header by selecting the flag of the country. 

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders, make any changes to the items on the order, the shipping address or the payment method. Orders are automatically transferred to our fulfillment center immediately once the order is placed and the confirmation email is sent.

Credit cards will be charged when the order is placed.

When you view an item, the displayed price includes all customs and duty charges for shipments to addresses in Canada + US (Excluding Rural / Beyond point areas in Canada that are not serviced by UPS). That means there are no surprise charges upon the item’s arrival.  The price displayed is the total price you will pay.

Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time using the order reference number that can be found in your confirmation email.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so you can track your order. Please take holidays and weekends into consideration when considering the shipping date.

If you think your package has been lost or misplaced, please contact the shipping carrier as they can better assist you with up to date shipping information.
LIMEAPPLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. Limeapple does not do refunds for the products or shipping costs related to missing packages.

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days from the delivery date.

All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at the time of return.

All garments are subject to inspection.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Headwear, items from "sale/outlet" and gift cards are final sale.

* Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us.

We’ve made returns simple. To return an item to our ecommerce warehouse, visit our returns page and follow the steps.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Yes, headwear, gift cards and all “sale/outlet” items are final sale.
