ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CAN NOT CANCEL ORDERS, MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITEMS ON THE ORDER, THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, APPLY PROMO CODES OR CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD. ORDERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERED TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR FULFILLMENT.

Please note, all international packages outside of US, Canada and Australia may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for custom fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase.

**We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is
responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Dispatch & delivery timing: Standard delivery is 2–7 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Shipping timeframes begin once the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse. During major sale events and public holidays, please allow an additional business day. Business days are Monday–Friday.

LIMEAPPLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. All orders are double checked prior to the order leaving our warehouse and packages received damaged or with missing items should be reported to the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

^* PO BOX and Rural Beyond Points in Canada

Please note that we do not ship to Canadian PO Boxes. Additionally, if you live in a rural area that has a postal code that is considered to be "beyond point", your packages may be delivered by Canada Post as an alternative to our standard shipping carrier. You will be able to track your order. Please note if you live in a beyond point area, you may experience a delay in receiving your package due to the remote access to your area. Select standard shipping for these orders, as we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to beyond point locations. Beyond point locations serviced by Canada post may incur additional duties and taxes.

If you live in a rural beyond point considered ‘Rural Beyond’, there is an additional $13 delivery fee for Rural Beyond orders at the time of placing the order. This fee applies only to qualifying Rural Beyond locations, not to all Canadian orders.

For orders that the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address given at the time of orders or if the carrier is unable to deliver as you are not home the customer needs to make the delivery arrangements with the carrier and if the goods are returned back for non acceptance the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the order is cancelled by the customer for any reason after the order is shipped out the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Fees outside USA and Canada

International orders over $150 will be offered free shipping. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $29.95.

Note 1: Shipments outside of Canada and the USA will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for more information.

Note 2: For all international orders, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address.

Tracking: Please contact the shipping company first for any delivery issues.

Shipping: Delivery takes 2–7 business days once the carrier picks up your order (see dispatch timing above). We may need an additional business day during major sale events and public holidays.
