Holiday Extended Returns
For purchases made between November 1 and December 24, we’re extending our return window:

Items may be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2026*

Regular return policy applies after that date.
Special Holiday Prints
Our special holiday prints sell out quickly. To keep things fair for all customers, these styles follow a shorter return window:

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery

After 14 days, these items are final sale
*Sale items are valid for exchanges or store credit only.
No refunds or exchanges on items marked Final Sale.
In order to receive a refund:
- All hangtags must be attached to the garment
- Garment must be returned in its original packaging
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner intact will receive no refund or store credit.
- All headgear and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Your refund will be issued within seven business days in the original form of payment once it is received. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.
- We only accept merchandise purchased from our website. If you purchased from one of our retailers please contact them directly about their return policy.
Customers are responsible for all return costs, unless products are damaged or exchanged for different color or size.

RETURN PROCESS
- Click HERE to request a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit*
- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging when possible.
- Ship your return with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.
Please note: Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process from the time we receive the return. If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, that credit has been deducted from your total refund amount listed below.
