Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada who are at least 18 years old. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Girl & Company inc. DBA Limeapple (“Sponsor”), and immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win any prize.  
2. Promotion Period:  The Promotion starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on last day of the month. The Promotion consists of a series of separate monthly sweepstakes. The first Monthly Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on Sep 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Sep 30, 2021. After the first Monthly Sweepstakes, each subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes will start at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on the first day of the subsequent month and end at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of such month.
3. How to Enter: To enter, during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period, (a) login or join Instagram at www.instagram.com and set your account to "public" (joining Instagram is free); (b) follow @limeappleapparel on Instagram; (c) post an original photo to your Instagram account showing us how you are using your limeapple products; and (d) include the hashtags #limeapplelove and #kindinsider in the caption of your photo.
4. Selection and Notification of Winner: On or about seven days after the end of each Monthly Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select the name of one potential winner of the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible Submissions for such Monthly Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period. The pool of entries will reset for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period and Sponsor will select from the new pool of entrants each Monthly Sweepstakes.

Each potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message to the Instagram account used with their Submission on or about seven days after the end of the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize:For each Monthly Sweepstakes, one winner will receive one $100 limeapple gift card.

Limitations of Liability; Releases: By entering the Promotion, you release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
2. Winner's submission information: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use your submission and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
3. General Conditions: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its discretion, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion of any Monthly Sweepstakes if necessary.
