RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR CUDDLY PURCHASE.
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise that has been ordered thru our site with the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt of the order.
To receive a refund or exchange:
· All hangtags must be attached to the garment
· Items must be unworn and unwashed
· Your refund will be issued within seven business days to the original form of payment once it is received. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.
· We only accept merchandise purchased from our website. If you purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly about their return policy.
NORTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS HAVE 3 OPTIONS
Refund: Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. We can send you a shipping label for your return and deduct $9.99 from the refund, OR you can ship the item back to us at your own cost. All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Exchange: If you need a different color, or pattern, we’re happy to help and exchanges are free with the use our shipping label. All exchanges must be started within 30 days of receipt of the order.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS 1. Please email email@example.com to start a Return or Exchange.
2. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging when possible.
3. Ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.
Please note: Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process. If you received a price adjustment after your order shipped, that credit has been deducted from your total refund amount listed below. If you have any questions about your order, please send an email to Hello@limeapple.com
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept international returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. International customers are responsible for all return costs, unless products are damaged.
